Described as the fourth chocolate, Callebaut launched Ruby chocolate in 2017 and it’s now available for mainstream purchase and joins dark, milk and white chocolate.
Ruby is created through a unique process unlocking the flavour and distinct pink colour present in the Ruby cocoa bean. No flavouring or colour is added.
