Most days you can find me thinking, creating or designing Belgian chocolate corporate gift ideas or wedding table favours in Chingford.
Known for creating flavoursome unique personalised handmade Belgian chocolate gifts and wedding table favours that are not available on the high street. People often refer to me as Miss Wonka for this very reason.
I love creating different handmade Belgian chocolate corporate gifts for independent, small to medium size businesses and wedding table favours for my clients as every order is unique.
The things I am most passionate about is sustainability and environmental concerns around reducing harmful chemicals and unnecessary plastic. I use sustainably sourced Belgian chocolate from Belcolade or Barry Callebaut brands and I have been reducing plastics wherever possible in my packaging as well as reducing harmful chemicals over the past few years.
Website orders sees donations running through my 'Positive Impact' program via Greenspark, which helps support reducing plastics in our oceans, planting a tree and reducing Co2.
I also donate to Tree.org to replace cocoa trees and help provide sustainable cacao.
What lights me up is seeing the look on my customers faces when they see their finished product and just how good freshly made high quality Belgian chocolate tastes.
As a chocolatier I’ve been recognised by Lux Magazine Food and Drinks Awards 2020 for Best Belgium Chocolate Producer in London and Essex Wedding Awards 2020 Finalist for Finishing Touches and South England Prestige Awards 2022 / 2023.
When I’m not busy working on handmade Belgian chocolate corporate gifts and wedding table favours you can find me at the movies, walking in Epping Forest, relaxing in a Spa or enjoying an Afternoon Tea!
