These 100ml reed diffusers will last you 6-8 weeks. They are housed elegantly in a round clear glass jar with a silver cap, complete with bamboo reeds and will look beautiful in your bedroom.

"Unwind" is specifically blended to assist you by aiding relaxation and helping you unwind, it includes the following essential oils:

Bergamot – Alleviates tension, anxiety and depression. Naturally stimulating and uplifting. Can assist with the maintenance of metabolism and aid digestion.

Lavender – Mild sedative that is reputed to reduce stress and cortisol levels. This reduction in cortisol levels helps to improve immunity. Due to it’s relaxing properties, it is also commonly used as a sleep aid.

Frankincense – Earthy fragrance that aids with relaxation and reducing feelings of stress and anxiety.
